Payment of our order can be made by Check , Money Order, Major US Bank Credit Card or

A Minimum Order charge of $10 may be charged on orders under $50.
SHIPPING:
Typically
items weighing under 50 pounds will ship via United Parcel Service. Standard
ground delivery is normally used unless you specify an expedited service, such
as Next Day Air-Morning, Next Day Air-Afternoon and Second Day Air. Shipments can also be made via the United States
Parcel Service. Shipments via truck
will normally be made for packages weighing over 50 pounds, over-sized
packages, delicate items requiring special handling.
Unless otherwise
indicated, prices shown are F.O.B. point-of-origin, which is normally the
manufacturer or our warehouse. For
over-sized packages and for certain geographic locations, a handling fee could
be added to your invoice. The shipping
and any applicable handling charges will be identified separately on your
order.
Quick Ship
Products that display the QUICK SHIP symbol will be shipped
direct from the manufacturer in 3-5 working days. Once shipped, please allow up
to one week for UPS shipments as well as for truck shipments.
Truck
Deliveries
As
previously indicated, items weighing over 50 pounds will be shipped via
truck. The carrier is responsible only
for "tailgate delivery". This means
drivers are only required to bring merchandise to the tailgate of their
vehicle. It is the customer's
responsibility to move merchandise inside. If you do not have facilities or personnel to unload truck delivered
items, please advise us so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Products such as examination tables, blanket
warmers, patient file systems that weigh over 200 pounds will often require
additional delivery services, such as liftgate, inside delivery, and debris
removal. Medical Resources has recently negotiated competitive truck delivery
rates with North American Van Lines to bring you the best possible rates with
quality service.
Incomplete or
Damaged Orders
Upon
receipt of your order, please inspect and count packages. Have the delivery person note and sign for
shortages or damage to the outer container on all copies of the delivery
receipt. Do not refuse the shipment
unless visible damage appears extensive.
Open all of the
containers before moving the merchandise (whether cartons are damaged or not)
and inspect for damage to the merchandise.
Should there be
damage or shortages, immediately call our Customer Service Dept. toll free
1-800-860-4716. Retain shipping
containers and packaging materials. Do not return the merchandise. We will assist you in arranging an
inspection and filing a claim with the carrier.
RETURNS:
A Customer Service
Representative must authorize the return and issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise
Authorization) and return address in advance of any return. In order to
expedite your request to return merchandise the following information should be
available: Reason for return, Product (model) Number, Serial Number, Customer
Name and Invoice Number. Upon
authorization of the return, Medical Resources issue you the Return
Authorization form to attach to the items being returned.
Requests for returns due to customer error will only be accepted for 30 days after
shipment date. All returns, regardless
of the return reason are subject to a handling/restocking fee of up to 25% of
the item price. Custom orders are
non-returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection to determine
condition of merchandise prior to issuance of credit. A $25 per
item inspection fee will be charged on all return merchandise that is found to
be in an abused or unsanitary state.
Credit will
not be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.
Freight/Shipping charges associated with the returned
merchandise from the original order will not be credited. Freight for returned
merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. (Collect shipments will be
refused).
We work hard to make sure that there are no disputes with our customers.
However, if legal action is necessary, it must be settled within the legal jurisdiction of Delaware County, Ohio.
