Blue Diamond® Viscoelastic Polymer Gel Positioners are a reusable gel positioner used primarily as an operating table armboard patient surgical positioner to offer pressure reduction during medical/surgical procedures.
These Blue Diamond pads offer excellent full arm coverage. The contoured design cradles the patient's arm, protects the bicep, elbows and forearms.
Contoured pads reduce the chance of rolling the patient's arm. Ideal for positioning, especially laminectomy procedures.
The Blue Diamond gel pads are designed to reduce sheer and friction. They are also a dry viscoelastic polymer which is recommended by AORN standards.

The pads can be heated and cooled following appropriate instructions
