The ABS Premier Pharmacy Dual Temp Combination Units feature separate microprocessor temperature controllers allowing for precise temperature control, verification and recovery. An interior fan driven, forced-draft air circulation system provides excellent temperature uniformity and recovery after door openings (Refrigerators Only).
Hydrocarbon Refrigerants: All ABS refrigerators and freezers marked with an HC utilize hydrocarbon refrigerants resulting in increased efficiency, lower operating costs and are environmentally friendly. Natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants (not containing hydrofluorocarbons) vastly reduce global-warming potential (GWP) while meeting new EPA/SNAP mandates and UL, ASHRAE compliance guidelines.
Vaccine Storage: ABS MedFridge refrigerators and MedFreeze freezers that are identified for vaccines will meet the below temperature ranges and will be marked with a vaccine storage power cord warning.
The acceptable temperature ranges for vaccine storage are 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) in the refrigerator and -58°F to 5F (or -50°C to -15°C) in freezers.
