Wireless Temperature Monitoring Overview:
CheckPoint is an innovative and automated wireless alert/data system for proactively monitoring temperature and humidity in Veterans Affairs Healthcare Facilities. Applications of the CheckPoint system are commonly found in Federal Facilities in the Pharmacy, Laboratory/Blood Bank, Dietary, Operating Rooms, and Surgical/Utility Storage Rooms & Facility Maintenance (Boiler & Heat Sensitive Rooms).

Simplify regulatory requirements compliance. CheckPoint makes it easy to stay in compliance with the growing array of stringent regulatory requirements, such as JCAHO and the new VA guidelines for monitoring temperature and humidity in SPDs’ designated Supply/Utility Rooms.

CheckPoint sends alerts when there is an unacceptable change in temperature or humidity via email or pager so corrective action can be taken before any contents are lost, or perhaps more importantly, before tainted products can be consumed.
