we will promptly contact you. Equipment may be sent to Medical Resources for repair
under the following conditions:

We will fax you a work order # with terms and conditions.
You must sign, fax back and provide us with a credit card #. There is a minimum
$45.00 evaluation & handling fee, a $65.00 per hour repair charge plus all shipping, handling and
parts. No work beyond the initial $45.00 evaluation fee will begin until a signed
estimated repair charge is received.

Your equipment must be packaged properly to avoid damage in
transit. We recommend taking it
to a shipping outlet whenever possible.
It has been our experience that approximately 80% of
the equipment we are asked to repair is either not broken or has malfunctioned because
it has not been maintained and used properly. Most medical equipment is very
durable and when maintained and cleaned on a regular basis should provide many
years of service.
Once we have repaired the equipment we can also offer advice
on how to maintain your equipment so it will continue working properly
once it is returned.
